Blamed everyone but themselves and... 4) Roof installed incorrectly with structural engineer recommending full roof replacement. During roof replacement sustained major water damage. I put a significant down payment on an Ashton Woods home in Eastmark Mesa AZ. So far everything they said would be in the home was discontinued. Even for example, a simple window in the bathroom. The studio designer, Heather Kelly is a joke to be told.

I was to close on a home at Hamlin Reserve, FL.Wells Fargo was the closer and missed closing date. Of course, Wells Fargo and Ashton Woods blamed me. Dennis Conner told me, I was in default and would lose my $22, 000 deposit. I have to pay cash to purchase this house.

They just care about you as a worker not a person . Mental health is not a priority as I have experienced at another job. They just talk about it but nothing gets really done about it. Management usually doesn’t even out work evenly. I’ve seen some people struggle because of the uneven work and they have not received helped until months down the road of struggling for so long . Bottom line is this Ashton Woods builds the crappest houses that can be built. I have had painters over an they tell me the wasn’t sealed. All I get from the AW warranty people is the house is settling. I bought a new house 10 years ago and never had issues like these. For now here’s a pic of the leaking pvc under the driveway. My neighbor to the south has the same issue as well as a neighbor couple of houses down.

The day of closing the exterior had still not been painted. The superintendent tried to say the house, a two story, 3000+ Sq ft, had been repainted using 5 gallons. Obviously this is not sufficient to cover this size.

These issues shouldn’t exist so early in occupation. I’m one person living alone I would hate to see what would happen if it was a family of 5 living here. They’re landscaping was poorly designed and installed. They ran a length of PVC under the pavers in the driveway and didn’t bury them deep enough. The result is water leaks in my and other residents driveways.
