They just care about you as a worker not a person . Mental health is not a priority as I have experienced at another job. They just talk about it but nothing gets really done about it. Bottom line is this Ashton Woods builds the crappest houses that can be built. I have had painters over an they tell me the wasn’t sealed. All I get from the AW warranty people is the house is settling. I bought a new house 10 years ago and never had issues like these. For now here’s a pic of the leaking pvc under the driveway. My neighbor to the south has the same issue as well as a neighbor couple of houses down.
The day of closing the exterior had still not been painted. The superintendent tried to say the house, a two story, 3000+ Sq ft, had been repainted using 5 gallons. Obviously this is not sufficient to cover this size.
These issues shouldn’t exist so early in occupation. I’m one person living alone I would hate to see what would happen if it was a family of 5 living here. They’re landscaping was poorly designed and installed. They ran a length of PVC under the pavers in the driveway and didn’t bury them deep enough. Conner just said "we want your cash". I have owned this home located at the address listed above since January 2020. Prior to the 1 year inspection expiration, I conducted a full inspection of the home which lead to the discovery of 35 pages of defects ranging from minor paint issues to major structural issues. I was also without shower for 4 months after they attempted to cover up mold and rot...
